[Plugtest-org] Nomination procedure

Hello Charles,

thank you for nominating Sophie Gautier to be a member of the Programme 
Committee. As she has contributed to Officeshots.org for quite some time now, 
she is an excellent addition to the Programme Committee. I will make sure she 
is added to the mailing list immediately.

I think there may have been a misunderstanding. The process took place on this 
very list:

We did not meet the deadline in that document, but the rest was as you
described. The idea was that a vote was not needed - we assumed only 
suitable candidates because of the overseeable field, and we intended 
to accept all suitable candidates. We know how precious your time is.

Now, we are ready to go!
