I don't think so. Microsoft has provided a list of hotels:

Brussels also has many fine bed and breakfasts, which I tend to prefer
myself.

My experience is that hotels at 'reduced cost' are actually at a
slight premium when compared to people directly booking via internet.
Large conference organisers are often forced to make these package
deals when hiring a conference venue, but they themselves don't like
it - it is the hotel chains way of working.
