Friday September 11th

Present:  Rob, Marino, Oliver, Louis, Doug, Don, Michiel, Alan, Bart and 
Roberto

Status of invitations:

Slow start after the August vacations, so not government sponsors yet for 
invitation letter.  Roberto will continue, with some meetings scheduled 
for next week.

We agreed to go forward with a "pre-invitation" letter on Monday, from 
OpenDoc Society, with a final, official invite in two weeks (Sept. 27th).

===> Michiel will send a draft of pre-invitation letter to the list, and 
we should all review and raise any concerns ASAP.

Discussed funding for any plugfest dinner.  Could have a meal fee (but not 
a "participation fee").  Doug may also have option to get some sponsorship 
from Microsoft.

On technical agenda, Bart has a draft schedule which we are invited to 
review and make additional suggestions on.

Having a mobile device session would be good.  Also accessibility.

===> Don will investigate whether we can have Blackberry/ODF participation 
at the plugfest

Question on start time for Monday's sessions.  If we can start mid-day 
that will enable some participants to arrive by train that day.  But if we 
start at 9am, then that would require all attendees to arrive the day 
before.  We need to decide this before we send out the real invitations in 
2 weeks.

Next meeting will be Thursday, Sept 24th at 1400 UTC (7am Seattle, 10am 
Boston, 3pm London, 4pm Brussels, Orvieto, 10pm Beijing).
