[Officeshots] New user groups implemented

Hi all,

I have finally set up the proper user groups and access rights for
factory owners and developers. Than means that people who are working on
factories are no longer in the System Developers group but in the
Factory Owners group.

For these factory owners, everything should work as usual. If you find
that you lack any rights that you think you should have, please post here.
