[Officeshots] Development server updates

Hi all,

I have just pushed a set of big updates to the development server.
Here's and overview of the changes:

- New front page. The page where you upload your requests has been
overhauled with a dash of jQuery to make it a whole lot cleaner and more
functional. The application selection lists now act as an accordion and
it detects the type of the file you selected in the file browser. Also,
you can now specify the desired output format of your requests.
Applications that do not support your desired output format will be
greyed out.

- User interface for factories and applications. You can now easily
configure your own factories and the applications that run on them. You
still need to be granted rights by an admin to create factories in the
first place though. So, if you want to develop or run factories, sign up
for an account at http://dev.officeshots.org and contact me.

Aside from those big changes there are many smaller changes through the
rest of the UI. As always, let me know if something doesn't work or if
you run into any other problems.
