thanks for looking into this, and getting back to us.

The standard DESCA wording is overly descriptive and adds nothing in this particular case:

this is a subgranting scheme. As such, there are no results at all within this entire programme - therefore also no joint results.

Also, half of the organisations have already signed. So we would prefer not to have everyone to redo this in the midst of spring holiday...
