[ODFPlugtest] relaxng and file conversions

  Thanks for the kind words Bart :)

  I'm also looking to use schematron to complement the RelaxNG. In the
below cited git repo, RNG uses jing to validate, schematron uses saxon.
I'm very happy to hear suggestions on validation stuff or comments in
general on the cited suite.

  I may also put RDF tests in that same git repo in the future. Abiword
can be run with abicommand to execute scripts from the command line,
which makes it useful for automated processing of RDF in ODF files. One
use case for this is automated testing of code.
