[ODFPlugtest] Reminder: ODF Plugfest Granada Call Friday at 1600 UTC

We can certainly include some interoperability scenarios that involve 
language and locale features. 

It would be very useful if a native speaker could help define the scenario 
and prepare a few test documents that illustrate the features.
