[ODFPlugtest] interop advisories

Hi,


within the OASIS OIC TC, we're experimenting with creating "interop advisories"
(separate, focused notes + test files on improving interop, some of them inspired
by the plugfests)

The goal is to create a practical set of advisories that can be used by implementers
to improve the interoperability of their ODF-products. They will not add new features
to the ODF specification, they just provide guidance when the existing specification
isn't clear


You are free to reuse it, but please note that these advisories have not been
approved (yet). 

Feedback is welcome of course, but should be sent to the oic-comment list
