[ODFPlugtest] progress and related work

* I've noticed the OOo team has fixed an interop issue wrt xlink:href syntax

Meanwhile KOffice released a beta, and there are new AbiWord and Gnumeric releases
as well,  so it would be very interesting to put them to the test

(progress reports or release plans from other teams like IBM, Google, Microsoft, ...
are of course welcome)


* Don't forget about the upcoming interop event in Orvieto (Nov 2nd and 3rd)



* Inspired by the plugfest test results, I'm working on writing down some interop guidelines
(early draft)
