[ODFPlugtest] new scenario filter freeze and some results from presentation placeholder

There's a new spreadsheet scenario on the wiki:

Meanwhile, we see some interesting results from Doug's presentation placeholder scenario. Not only the placeholder yields different results, there's also an issue with line-through/strikethrough

I've also added a small page as a short reminder of the issues where the ODF specification itself isn't all that clear, I'll use it as input for the OASIS OIC TC
