[ODFPlugtest] scenarios2 moved to scenarios:20090615

Hi,


I've moved all scenarios from scenarios2 to the new section scenarios:20090615
(including the infamous chart in spreadsheet scenario)

The goal is to group the new scenarios bi-weekly or monthly (so you don't have to
create a new namespace for every new day) to keep things manageable

I've also added a slightly improved template (scenarios:template) and added some
info to the faq:scenarios on how to use it
