[ODFPlugtest] Differences inside application

My experience with layout has been not that great when using MS Office,
but I will guess that all apps are the same.

In 2006 I wrote a book about Open XML, and I found that the layout
between the document, the print preview and the generated PDF were all
different. That is within a single application. Does something similar
occur in other apps?
