I also think it would be better to reorder the items under "Real 
commitment" in a way, that the very important are at the beginning. 
Maybe it's enough to move the scenario topic some lines down?


"Related talks outside the testing room":
What about the idea to have any kind of functionality validator which 
checks not only the validity of a file, but also if the content makes 
any sense and is useable?
