Trac is indeed very good, nice reporting and all that.

SVN could perhaps be useful to store the files, not sure.
Roadmaps would be very handy to say: let's all fix X, Y, Z before the end of the year....


So in the long run we may want to switch to Trac, but for the time being I suggest we just get active on the (doku)wiki. Maybe the most active members should be rewarded with free Belgian chocolates or a selection of our finest beers ;-)
