[WebODF] Use of ops.OpInsertTable()

Hi I want to insert a table dynamically to the webodf. But I don't know how
to use the *ops.OpInsertTable*() and* ops.OpInsertText()* functions. Could
you please explain them with a small example? And also I want to know where
these functions are defined.
