Hi All,

Here are the conference call dial-in details for the call tomorrow.

When you dial in, you will be asked to say your name followed by the # key, you will be transferred to the conference call. Your name will be played to the conference when you join and leave to enable participants to know who is on the call.

If your conference leader has not yet joined, you will be held in a queue until the leader joins.

Your conference leader may lock the room once everyone has joined for security reasons. If this is the case, you may not be able to re-join should you disconnect from the room unless the room is unlocked.

Here are some conference call etiquette tips to help your call go as smoothly as possible:
1. Mute your phone when you are not talking
2. Background noise should be avoided if possible, and if not, see point 1 above
3. Poor mobile signal can make conferences difficult. Try to use a fixed line or ensure you have good coverage
4. New users should dial in beforehand to get familiar with the service
