Plugfest organisers call meeting minutes

Suggestions for subjects/speakers of the plenary parts
------------------------------------------------------

  - update on upcoming change tracking
  - file format security
  - security (BSI, Tariq Rashid, http://secure-odf.blogspot.co.uk?)
  - accessibility aspects of ODF
  - KOOP (NL Government) about official publications in ODF
  - browser based office

In addition there might be possibility to present *new* products built
around ODF. The regular round of product updates from all the attending
vendors will take place at the start of the technical session.

Technical session
-----------------

- ML will send an invite to submit scenarios to the plugfest wiki.
- Dennis Hamilton is working on test suite, hopefully in time for use
  at plugfest

- Officeshots needs to add new factories and might need some attention
from a system administrator. Budget is needed for this.

  * CR offers AZURE time / CR checks

- call for licenses/copies of software for participants at the plugfest

- Suggested vendor updates

   * Michael Meeks "LibreOffice from Collabora - and ODF"
   * Andreas Timar "LibreOffice ODF extensions"


Overall setup
-------------

- If there are any specific requests for infrastructure beyond power
supply and wifi, please send message to list.

- invitation list is being compiled, if you have people that need to
receive an official invite please send info ASAP. You can also just pass
along the invite you will get yourself.

Possible sponsorship options
----------------------------

- CR indicates that Microsoft can sponsor dinner / 1500 pounds
- Others are invited to examine sponsorship options.
