[Plugtest-org] Plugfest organisers phone meeting

Hi all,

as you are probably aware, the current plan is to host a plugfest
in Berlin next month. We need to have a phone conference on how
to proceed from here. A number of people have sent a proposal
to deliver a presentation during the plugfest, and others have
made proposals through the host organisation (the Document Foundation).

In order to finalise the preparations, and to make sure that we
can still manage to properly organise in the little time left,
it would be great if we could have a phone conference this week.

In order to accommodate the various time zones I have the following 
options: 

- Tuesday (tomorrow) at 16h UTC (14h Berlin time)
- Wednesday at 16h UTC 
- Wednesday at 21h UTC (19h Berlin time)

Can you please reply with your availability and offers to facilitate
the call off the list?
