a brief summary of the conference call last Friday

Please let us know if you need assistance in obtaining a travel visa



- capacity of the conference room is limited to 30 participants, Michiel and Jim will combine their lists of participants into 1 list

Microsoft's list of participants + the list of people who are registered on odfplugfest.org)


- Jim will make sure WiFi is available and that HTTP / HTTPS / SSH / IRC ports are open

- speakers are kindly requested to mail their presentations (in ODF) to Bart, before / during or shortly after the event

- the social event(s) in the evening are not sponsored, meaning that participants have to pay for their own food / drinks

- next conference call: Thursday April 5th, Rob has sent out the invitation + dial-in info by mail
