[Plugtest-org] summary of first call for ninth ODF Plugfest

Hi,

the first organisers call for the ninth ODF Plugfest just ended.

Here is a my short summary:
The call lasted from 17:00 until 17:35 CEST (GMT+2).
Sophie, Charles, Michiel and myself (Oliver-Rainer) were attending.
Charles summarized that the LibreOffice conference 2012, taking place in
Berlin, 17th-19th Oct. 2012, could host the next ODF Plugfest, more or less
at the same venue as the ODF Plugfest in Berlin, July 2011 took place.
Oliver-Rainer brought up his thoughts that having the ODF Plugfest right
before the intrinsic LibreOffice conference would be much better. Otherwise
it would hurt the attendance of people who are interested in both as the
ODF Plugfest is typically a full-time event. Michiel agreed and expressed
that for him it is important to attract as much as possible of the
technical people around ODF and of the potential users of ODF. Thus having
the ODF Plugfest right before (15th and 16th Oct.) would serve this quite
well. Charles volunteered to investigate, if this would be possible.
We did not talk about specific logistics for the ODF Plugfest, about a
corresponding invitation letter or about any other details.
Oliver-Rainer expressed that the intrinsic setup and planning of the ODF
Plugfest event (program, arranging presentations, etc.) should be in the
hands of the ODF Plugfest community. But there would be no problem, if it
would be integrated in the overall LibreOffice conference setup and
planning.
Michiel hopes that the planning for the tenth ODF Plugfest starts earlier
in order to have the date and the venue available at the end of the ninth
ODF Plugfest.

I hope I have summarized everything correct and did not forget something.
