[Plugtest-org] status Berlin ODF plugfest

Hi Charles,

Sorry for the late reply, I was on a holiday.

I've submitted a few proposals, but I'm wondering if there enough ODF-proposals to call it a plugfest (instead of just a track) ?
If there's not enough material for a two-day programme, it's better to use  "track" :-/
