[Plugtest-org] status Berlin ODF plugfest

Hi Charles,

not sure what the other organizers think (so please respond ;-)
But as far as I'm concerned, it can be changed to ODF Plugfest.

One important question: can we (TDF) change the mention "ODF Track" to
"ODF Plugfest" on the LibreOffice Conference Page?
