[Plugtest-org] Announcement of ODF plugfest Programme Committee

Let me introduce Sophie Gautier from the Document Foundation. She is one
of the founders of the Document Foundation, and works on various
projects inside the LibreOffice project. She will be happy to join the
ODF Plugfest Programme Committee.
