[Plugtest-org] Urgent: registration required for everyone !

Hi,

some participants have already registered (see the list of the end of this mail), while others
haven't. As the number of participants is limited (due to budget and logistics), registration is
required for every individual, including interop testers and plugfest organizers !

If you do not register before September 17, it is assumed that you will NOT attend the meeting,
and your seat will be given to someone else. Of course, it is still possible to swap places with a
colleague until the very day of the event itself, but it is not possible to invite extra people.
