For the Agenda I would like to see us cover:
1) Status of invitations and registration. What has been accomplished and
what are next steps?
2) Public call for participation? Do we have a web site set up for
self-registration yet?
3) Do we have a participants mailing list ready? Same as Hague Plugfest
list?
4) When do we start the plugfest? Morning or mid-day on the first day?
Anecdotally, I'm hearing that room availability is scare on Sunday/Monday
because of All-Saints/All-Souls holidays.
5) Technical agenda of plugfest
6) Other topics
7) Fix time for next meeting.
