[Officeshots] Major update to dev and production server

Hi all,

I have just rolled out a big update on the dev server and production
server, just in time for the ODF plugfest tomorrow. There are several
new features.

Virus scanning
--------------

All user uploaded files are now scanned asynchronously by ClamAV. If an
uploaded job contains a virus then all associated jobs will be removed
and the request will be cancelled.

At the moment, results uploaded by factories are not yet scanned. This
will be added in the near future.

Extending and cancelling requests
---------------------------------

Users can now cancel their own jobs and extend the deadline in case 30
minutes is not enough to process the request.

Restructured zipfiles
---------------------

The zipfiles that users can download containing their request and all
results has been restructured in a more logical manner.

Aside from these changes there have been numerous bugfixed to bot the
server and the standard Python factory.
