[ODFPlugtest] Registration 13th ODF Plugfest

Dear all,


the 13th ODF plugfest will take place two weeks from now. A number of
people are already working hard to making it a success.

The local organisation led by Italo Vignoli needs to get some grip on
the actual number of attendees for the 13th ODF plugfest in order to
scale catering etc.

If you have not registered yet for the event, but plan to attend (and
you are heartily encouraged to do so) would you be so kind to register soon:
