[ODFPlugtest] next plugfest in Lisbon, end of March ?

Hey Bart, 

we are still trying to host a Plugfest here in Bratislava, I just would
not like to make any definite statements before our public partners say
yes. We are looking at early-mid Summer 2013 here.
