[ODFPlugtest] ODF and NHS UK ?

Hi,

Malcom Newbury notified us of the UK NHS Hack Day http://nhshackday.com

On the "problems and data set" page http://nhshackday.com/?page_id=117,
one of the ideas is :

"Hospital wiki app with sync and for offline use and version control and security
could serve as communication platform for resferral/handover/etc, 
I want to do asynchronous communication that is transparent to reduce the need
for chasing and support professional development and facilitate load balancing."

This sounds a lot like ODF-on-the-web combined with collaboration/change tracks
and/or encryption/signatures...

So perhaps some vendors might be interested in attending this NHS Hack event.
Or maybe someone has another idea on implementing ODF in healthcare.
