[ODFPlugtest] next plugfest ?

a schedule in July 2013 does not fit my planned vacation schedule.
Thus, I would not be able to attend at the given dates.

I haven't cleared this yet with anybody but how about KDE Akademy the
upcoming
summer?  I think it's time that the Calligra team takes its responsibility
again and organizes one. :)  Our last time was in Dublin 2005 or so which
was
very nice.

Akakemy will be in Bilbao near the border of Spain and France the 13th -
19th
of July.  I would propose monday-tuesday or tuesday-wednesday that week.

Would this fit into people's schedules?
