[ODFPlugtest] MSO does not read LO files

ndeed, I have the same issue, error when opening a LO 3.4 odt on Win7 with MSO 2010 64 bit.

OTOH, MS-Office 2010 opens odt generated by OOo 3.3 with warnings, but there is some difference
between the test manifest file generated by OOo 3.3 and LO 3.4 (see attachments)

Don't have LO 3.3 at hand, but perhaps someone could check to see if there's much difference between
LO 3.3 and LO 3.4 vs OO 3.3 and LO 3.3

I diffed them with the standard diff, but I did not see anything. These
files have just one long line and one does not see what is really
different.
