[ODFPlugtest] style:print="annotations"?

What does the standard define? If not - we should ask for clarification and 
maybe a change request?

Subject: [ODFPlugtest] style:print="annotations"?

In Excel, you can choose
1) not to print comments,
2) to print comments as shown (ie. on the sheet) or
3) to print comments at the end.
Which behaviour would be expected for style:print="annotations"?
Gnumeric in the past assumed that it means "as shown" but LO appears to
understand it as "at the end". How are other implementations
interpreting this?
