well, we do have an ODF 1.2 Interop Demo in Budapest, prior to the plugfest.

One thing that could be done (IIRC Louis is looking into this) is recording these
demos and put them on youtube / vimeo / whatever, and present the outcome
on the plugfest in Brussels.

Personally, I think we do really well on these presentation parts:

* Vendor update (two sessions: one for end-user applications
like viewers, office suites etc and one for tools / libraries)

* Update on ODF spec itself

* Overview and/or discussions of a specific feature (like metadata)


Testing (especially between plugfests), however, could IMHO
be improved...
