1)  Issue letter of invitation both email and written by 10th March using
CENATIC or Spanish Government Dept. stationery.     ML/AB
2)  Plugfest Mailing List check and update and circulate to RW/WBC/AB
3)  Plugfest arrangements
    AB reported that the University authorities would charge e50 per head
per day to include student accommodation and all meals.  This was an all in
charge - no lower rate excluding meals was possible
     The technical programme was coming together starting on Thursday
afternoon and all Friday.   ML proposed that the latest advanced version of
Office Shots should be well featured.  It was suggested that Import Filters
should be scrutinised.
     The more 'political' agenda for Saturday morning was under
development.  It was suggested that the Spanish Interoperability Framework
should be covered,
     Sponsorship was being sought from IBM, Google, Telefonica.   RW would
pass an IBM contact to AB.   It was hoped that official OASIS backing could
be gained   RW.
4)  Next Call.  Friday 1700 CET  RW to issue call details.
