[ODFPlugtest] Plugfest Logistics: Day 1

My understanding is that the Plugfest starts at noon on Thursday, April 
15th. 

Is that correct?

And were exactly do we meet for the first session?  I know it is at the 
University.  But is there a street address?  Or a building number?
