[ODFPlugtest] chart in spreadsheet, symphony and origin

Hi,

actually it's pretty obvious why the bar charts from the symphony
spreadsheet start at 986

By default, IBM Symphony explicitly saves a chart:origin (close
to chart:minimum), while MS-Office and OOo apparently do not
do this.

So this seems another case of writing out attribute values in order
to improve rendering fidelity versus relying on implementation
defaults / user preferences.
