[ODFPlugtest] chart in spreadsheet, why ooo doesn't load charts from mso

Mm, it don't know why there's a cell range on the chart:plot-area.
(It makes sense of course to set a cell range on a series)

ODF 1.2 cd02 10.4 provides slightly more info on when it must be set and when it must be omitted, but why... ?

What happens if you set them to 2 distinct areas? (Why are there 2
places to set them?)
