[ODFPlugtest] Questions/Involvement of Roman Fordinal / Cyclone3 Project

[Preparation for ODF Plugfest and other plugtesting activities]

I am writing on behalf of Cyclone3 Project led by Roman Fordinal, we have
received an invitation and will participate in the Plugfest.

I have been told that he had received a phonecall from either of the
organizers about our involvement in the event. We were supposed to receive an
email with the specifics, but haven't received anything so far.

Therefore I would like to ask whether we should prepare something in
particular, our projects that concern ODF are:

The Cyclone3 Framework/CMS  (imports/exports and processes opendocument
format) 
Hosting the ODF Validator at opendocumentfellowship.com
and the Docbook2ODF tool

So was there anything specific from these?

I'm not sure whether we will manage to upload something to OfficeShots before
PlugFest, do we need any specific credentials besides our emails? We haven't
received any others so far.
