[ODFPlugtest] a "howto" on organizing plugfests

Hi,
I've added a page with some very rough estimates (actually, it's more a
"don't forget about this" :-)
http://plugtest.opendocsociety.org/doku.php?id=howto:budget
If someone has better estimates, please feel free to correct them.
It also depends on how much one is willing to spend on, say, the lunch,
and if an organizer gets the room for free or not (if you can use a room
for +/- 75 people and a computer room for +/-30 people for free, that will
save you a few thousands euros)
Best regards,
Bart

Hi Bart,
May I suggest that we include budget and finance.
Happy New Year

Hi,
I've started a small HOWTO / roadmap / script (or whatever one wants to call it)
on how to organize a plugfest, what one needs, when to do what etc
http://plugfest.opendocsociety.org/doku.php?id=howto:timeline
Hopefully, this will make it easier for the organizers of the next plugfests, so we
can concentrate on the testing instead of the logistics
It's far from complete of course, just a start :-)
Happy 2010
Bart
